SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At DealZilla India, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and as fast as possible across India.

1. Shipping Charges

• We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders Pan-India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with zero extra handling fees.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3 to 4 business days.

• Rest of India / Regional Areas: 4 to 6 business days.

• Delivery is handled through reputed courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax).

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your parcel is dispatched from our fulfillment facility, a live tracking link with the AWB number will be sent to you via SMS and WhatsApp.

• You can track your shipment status anytime using that link.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

• Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address with the exact cash amount to receive the parcel.

• The delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel.

6. Damaged Parcel on Delivery

• In the rare event that the outer carton appears tampered with or damaged, please take a photo/short video before opening and contact us immediately at dealzillaindia@gmail.com.
